What happens after the private beta ends?+
Beta ends Sep 30, 2026. Every tenant that signs up during beta becomes a Founding Member and pays 50% off list price for 12 months (through Sep 2027). We notify you 30 days ahead — no auto-charge surprises. Your data and pattern memory persist regardless.
Is there a per-seat or per-approval charge?+
No. All tiers include unlimited users, unlimited approvals, and unlimited pattern memory. Charging per check would punish teams for using the product.
What is pattern memory and why does it matter?+
It is Kopi's learning loop. Each time you approve a submission, we record the vendor + amount as 'normal for your team'. After two matching approvals, the third auto-passes without calling the AI — your team stops seeing routine approvals entirely. This learned pattern belongs only to your tenant and cannot be shared with anyone else.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes, you can upgrade anytime and keep your Founding Member 50% discount. To prevent abuse we do not allow downgrades during the locked-in 12 months.
When will Slack or Microsoft Teams be supported?+
Planned, no committed date. We're deliberately slow to add platforms — shallow integrations can't do pattern memory well. Email us if your team needs it so we can prioritize.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Data lives in Supabase Singapore region (ap-southeast-1), compliant with PDPA. Pattern memory is tenant-isolated — nothing is shared across customers.
