Will I be charged automatically after the private beta ends?+
No. We will notify you in advance before the beta ends. You can decide whether to upgrade to a paid plan. Your account data will always be retained — we commit to at least 30 days of transition time.
Can one account connect multiple Lark apps?+
The current Beta supports one Lark app per account. Multi-app support is planned for the Starter plan. Contact us directly if you have special requirements.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is stored in Supabase Singapore region (ap-southeast-1), compliant with PDPA requirements. Invoice attachments are used only for AI parsing and deleted immediately after processing — nothing is retained.
